Is it wrong not to stop at the stop marked jeem or sili above some words in the Qur’an?

Answer

The little “jeem” or the little “silaa” or qilaa, are marks for either waqf taam or waqf kaafee.  These are stops that are much better to stop on.  Stopping at these markings that the Qur’anic scholars put in the Madinah press copy of the Qur’an, means stopping at a phrase that is complete in meaning.
