I searched the site regarding my query but was unable to find the answer...Inshaa'Allaah ta'Ala can you tell me what does the "wow" with the small circle above it in the word "" stand for? I know that it is not a "medd" letter, but that is all I know about it. jazaakum Allaahu khairun.
