Question
Qaloon lesson 1, Lengthening of a dhammah on the plural meem on the end of a word:
In the verse (from Al-An'am 87), all the "meem" in red have a "damma" except for the fourth one. Is this a mistake?

Answer
In the example questioned:
The in the last word is not a plural meem, instead it is part of the make up of the word.  So this last does not acquire a dhamm and is not lengthened when continuing reading when applying the rule of in the qira'aat which have this rule.
