My first question regarding first ayah of surah An nisa'. The word " Nisaa'" is read " Nisaa a" and stop. What is the Hukm. Jazakumullah

The word
in aayah one of surah an-Nisaa' ends with a tanween fathah on the hamzah. We read the alif with a four or five count medd ( medd waajib muttasil) and then pronounce the hamzah followed by an alif. This rule is of the alif substituting for the tanween is called
