I have a question about "stopping on the ends of words part 7" - stopping with substitution part 3 http://www.abouttajweed.com/stopping-on-the-ends-of-words/stopping-on-the-ends-of-words-7.html can you explain this "The tanween is changed into an alif in all three of these types. Similar to these is the light emphasized noon in two places in the Qur’an, " Does it mean that the noon in the tanween is pronounced if so how and also in reference to the surah yousef is the noon of the tanween pronounced when stopping? If that is the case are there any other places in the Quraan where you apply this rule? I'm confused
Please could you clarify this for me.

Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
In all cases of tanween fathah, outside of a tanween fathah on the
, we stop on the word by changing the tanween into an alif. The 
of the tanween is not pronounced when stopping. The written "tanween" in Surah Yusuf
and Al-Alaq 
follows the same rule, but what looks like a tanween is not really a normal tanween, but instead represents a lightly emphasized . This does not change the rule of stopping with 
- meaning the tanween is changed into an alif when stopping (with no left over from the tanween). Wa iyyaaakum.
