Assalamu 'alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,

1. What is the purpose and usage of sign Hizb in Quran?

2. What is the purpose and usage of sign Ruku' in Quran?
May Allah give Barakah and Forgiveness to you all.

Jazaakallahu Khairan. Have a nice day! (^_^)

Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh
The hizb marker divides the juz' into half.
The ruku' sign in some copies of the Qur'an is at a point which marks a good place for someone to finish the rakah' and go to ruku' in their salah.  This is not found in the Medinah Complex print of the Qur'an and not obligatory to follow.
And May Allah give you the same and more. Ameen
Wa iyaaakum.
