Question
Rule on reciting basmala when we begin from the middle of the surah?
Answer
The reciter has the choice of adding the basmalah after the when beginning their recitation in the middle of a surah.  This includes surah At-Tawbah when starting in the middle of the surah (not at the beginning of surah At-Tawbah).
