Question
assalamu alikum,
In the surah fajr, rabbi ahaanan...how to stop in rabbi? I mean waqf ruling.

Answer
Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

This phrase is at the end of aayah of 16 of surah Al-Fajr: , and when we stop on the word , we stop with a two count lengthening, which is , or natural lengthening.  This stop though would only be made under compelling circumstances, as the stop is incomplete in grammar and meaning.
