Question
Assalamu Alaykum Respected Teachers, I have noticed that in the 'murattal' recordings of Shaykh Basfar, he seems to prolong the harf dhaad (when sakin - rikhwa ?), but at the same time (what seems like to me atleast) pronounce a slight qalqalah-like sound. At first I thought maybe it was just a slip of the tongue, but he seems to be doing it constantly throughout the recordings... to the point that I am beginning to think it's on purpose. Could you please clarify this for me.... although I am pretty sure it can't be qalqalah.. which part of the taweed rules is he following that causes him to emit this sound ? Jazakumullahu Khairan. Answer Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, The timing for the ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Wa iyyaakum. Wa assalam alaikum. |
