I am from Indonesia . I have been 8 years teaching how to read Qur'an for children and older men and women.  

I need to learn Qiroah Sab'ah, Could you tell me what kind of literature that contains the lesson? Thank you so much,

Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

The Shatibiyyah poem, contains the rules for reading the seven qira’aat, but you need to study and memorize it with a sheikh who has an ijaazah in the qira’aat.  There are many books that explain the poem, all are in Arabic.  One that is well known and accepted (there are many though) is  by Abdul-Fattaah Al-Qaadhee.
