The reciter, Sheikh Mohammed Sadeeq Al-Minshawi, follows the five level school of tafkheem in the recitation used in the Qur'an Reciter link.  

When determining what school of tafkheem level a particular reciter is using, you need to listen for the saakin letters of tafkheem preceded by a kasrah, and see if the level of tafkheem is the same as when the reader recites that same exact letter with a kasrah, or at a higher level.  The sukoon on a letter of the three level of tafkheem school follows the level of the vowel preceding it, while the five level school of tafkheem has its own level (level four) for tafkheem letters with a sukoon.
