As-salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.

May Allah grant you success in this life and the hereafter, is saying SadaqaAllahu atheem after finishing a Surah, a practice of the Prophet salaAllahu alaihi wa salaam, if so where can I find the authentic proofs supporting its practice.

Jazakum Allahu Khairan

Answer

Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatu Allahi wa barkatuhu,

And May Allah grant you the highest Paradise in the Hereafter and all goodness in this world.

There is no evidence that the Prophet, , said “Sadaq Allah Al-‘Atheem” after recitation of the Qur’an.  Since this is too close to a fiqh ruling for us to comment further, please click in the following link from www.islam-qa.com to read the scholar’s ruling on this.
