the word Could you please
tell me what they signify insha Allah?

The two sets of pyramid
shaped dots are a sign of what is called an embracing stop

). This means that the reciter
should stop at one of the two dot sets, but not the other.The reciter has their choice as to which of the two sets he/she would
like to stop at.
