First may Allah reward you for your site and for your answers to our questions.  Is it a good idea to mark our Qur'ans when we are studying tajweed?

Jazakum Allahu khairan.  It is a very good idea to mark your Qur’an when studying, but it should be limited to circling or underlining a word or phrase, and done in pencil.  Comments should be written on the sides of the pages and not in with the words of Allah.
