Question

Insha Allah you can help with a question I have;  I am trying to find an example of a noon saakinah that appears at the end of a noun as it says in the definition for the noon saakinah.  It's easy to find one for verbs ending that way but a noun escapes me! May Allah reward you for your helpful site.

Answer

Masha’ Allah, that is a good question.

The two letter word , with a  saakinah, sometimes is a noun, acting as a (like as in:    ).  An example of this would be in the aayah:

The translation of the explanation of the meaning is: To Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth.

This is actually the only example that we could find, but there may be more.  Allah knows best.  May Allah reward you for your useful question.
