Answer

Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuh.

The translation of the meaning of the Holy Qur'an by Yusuf Ali is available on many online sites.  There are sites that have it available for reading online, one such site is:

http://www.uah.edu/msa/quranYusufali.html

The following site offers it as a free download:

http://www.muhaddith.com/quran.html

For ordering the hard  copy, you can do so at www.amazon.com as well as other online stores.

We strongly discourage the use of transliterations.  Reading the Qur'an in Arabic, as revealed, should be the goal of every Muslim.  Transliterations  invariably lead to mistakes in pronunciation of letters, and indeed many transliterations themselves have mistakes in them.  For example:  the letter  is many times written as a "z", which is not the correct way to pronounce it.

It does not take long to learn how to read Arabic if a full effort is made.  Each letter is learned with its correct pronunciation this way, and the problem of reading Allah's words incorrectly is insha' Allah solved, or at least minimized.

The only time when transliteration is necessary is for new Muslims to learn that which is necessary to pray.

May Allah make it easy for all Muslims to learn the words of Allah, as revealed to His Messenger,

You are welcome, and may Allah reward you too.
